Healing Home Counseling Group is seeking Michigan licensed clinical social workers to join our growing outpatient perinatal, family and youth mental healthcare practice in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Our counseling group is committed to providing a non-judgmental healing space with collaborative clinical therapy support for families throughout the journey of parenthood. Full- time, telehealth and hybrid, contractual positions are available.

Healing Home Counseling Group Responsibilities:

• Provides a reliable source of referrals through targeted marketing within specialty area
• Offers competitive fee splits
• Provides clinical supervision for limited license therapist and case consultations as needed
• Ensures a professional furnished office space
• Offers insurance panel credentialing support and billing services through a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform
• Provides specialty training and continuing education opportunities

Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provides compassionate, evidence-based and outcome-focused therapeutic services
• Engages in coordination of care with appropriate professionals and systems as needed
• Ensures timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with MI licensing guidelines and insurance requirements
• Commits to a full-time caseload of a minimum of 16 client hours/week within 3 months

Qualifications:

• Michigan Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LLMSW and LMSW)
• Minimum of 1-2 years direct clinical experience
• Interest in the practice specialty areas of perinatal and youth mental health
• Competent clinical and assessment skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a supportive team environment
• Willingness to meet with clients during afternoons, weekends and evenings as needed
